21:30 Because of all the Atlanta flight delays -people rented all the rental cars. -Just because you have a Car Rental reservation, does not mean they have a car ready for you. = They are expecting to have a rental return available for you at your time slot, but it may not be there. = Always call ahead just to make sure instead of waiting at a car rental place. Also people that rent vehicles may hold them longer (waiting/delays for their vehicle to get fixed etc).
